The scientific Journal of International Management

The scientific Journal of International Management is one of the most prestigious in the field of international issues of management sciences and we are happy that there is published an article by our lecturer Professor Mihail Minkov and his colleague Anneli Kaasa from the University of Tartu, Estonia with the title “Do Dimensions of Culture Exist Objectively? A Validation of the Revised Minkov-Hofstede Model with World Values Survey Items and Scores for 102 Countries”
The article is the latest in a series of similar ones presenting a reworking of the classic model of national cultures by world-renowned Dutch social anthropologist Heert Hofstede, with whom Mikhail Minkov has written two books and eight articles. Publications devoted to the revised model, known as Minkov-Hofstede, already have about 250 citations in Scopus, one of the two most respected agencies tracking the publications in serious journals of every author in the world. Minkow and Kaasa’s new article validates the Minkow-Hofstede model and shows why it is the most logical and practically useful of all existing models of culture in world literature.
