Our 2nd year students had a Learning and Development lecture at the Coca-Cola HBC office within the Human Resource Management discipline. We thank Nevyan Petrov, Zeynep Tasim and Galina Petrova for sharing their experience and best practices in the field of human resources applied by Coca-Cola HBC. And something more important – the theory, models and approaches taught at VUM have practical application in business and they are a tool for better career development.
